Introduction:
Hot dip galvanized steel features excellent forming properties, paintability, weldability, and is suitable for fabrication by forming, pressing and bending. It is a steel based on composite material which could be effectively prevent the corrosion of steel, to extend the service life with excellent corrosion resistance. Pickling to cold rolled hard steel plates after annealing treatment to remove surface oxide, which makes them go through solvent troughs containing zinc chloride and ammonium chloride, galvanize them in molten zinc troughs, and give post treatment such as deactivation and oiling, to produce galvanized steel plates. Nowadays this product is widely used in gas pipeline.

What is Galvanized Steel?
