Step 1. Casting:
preparing ingredients in accordance with different composition⇒smelting⇒casting⇒ cutting bar⇒ homogenizing
⇒ cooling and cleaning.
Step 2. Heat extrusion:
preparation (aluminum bar and mold heating ) ⇒ extrusion⇒ straightening⇒ cutting to the finished product.
Step 3. Timing:
quenching and timing according to the different temper.
