The pre-galvanized welded steel pipe refers to welded tube which undergo degreasing, rust removal, phosphorization, and drying processes before galvanization. The treatments before galvanization allow the product to be conveniently plated with a zinc coating, and also ensure uniform coating thickness, strong coating adhesion, and improved corrosion resistance. The per-galvanized welded tubes are widely used in heat, water, and natural gas supply systems, agricultural greenhouse construction, steel structure construction, as well as low and medium pressure piping system.
Our pre-galvanized welded steel pipe is made of superior quality steel materials, and the available steel type includes GR.B, Q195, Q235, and Q345B. The Q235 steel feature good elongation, tensile strength, tenacity, and castability, so welded pipes made of this material is easy for pressing and welding. The Q345B steel offers superior mechanical properties such as good plasticity, weldability, and low temperature resistance, so Q345B pre-galvanized tubes offer marvelous performance in -40℃ or lower temperature conditions.
In addition, the product can be manufactured with different specifications. To illustrate, we can make round, square and rectangular pipes with minimum wall thickness of 0.4mm. The zinc coating thickness is between 60g/m2 and 120g/m2, and the outside diameter ranges from 15 mm to 168.3mm. Clients can choose an appropriate one according to the specific application demands.
